Refund & Exchange Policy

At satyam nx, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong size.

  • You receive a different product or design from the one you ordered.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing satyamnx8@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9099464711. Please include your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal likes or dislikes.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer while placing the order.

  • Minor color variations caused by screen or mobile display settings.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible claims will be resolved through product replacement or exchange only.
